Description
A drypoint print inspired by the view from the edge of the Marlborough Downs, near the Hackpen Hill or Broad Hinton White Horse.
I made the print as a variable edition of 5. This listing is for two from the edition
- 2 of 5 is one of two in sepia on handmade grey paper
- 3 of 5 is in green on Somerset paper, preprinted in tones of purple and grey-brown and with a detail from a collagraph plate.
The image is about 220 mm (8.6ins) by 100 mm (3.8ins). It is on paper about 280 mm (11ins) by 200 mm (7ins). The print is unmounted and unframed. It would look attractive ‘float’mounted, but could also have a conventional mat.
