Shipping
Order Processing Time
I aim to ship all orders within five (5) working days of receiving payment, unless otherwise clearly stated on the product description OR if your identity and/or address cannot be authenticated.
I’m a sole trader, so problems may arise from time to time. If that happens, I will let you know of any problems as soon as possible, at which point you may:
- cancel your order and receive a full refund or,
- agree an amended delivery date.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
Shipping costs vary by geographic region. The cost to you will be shown at checkout, at which point you may decline to order.
Shipping Restrictions and Limitations:
I do not ship to PO Boxes.
I do not ship to the following countries:
Russia
Belarus
North Korea
International Shipping:
International orders may be subject to customs and import duties or other tariffs. Paying these is are the responsibility of the customer. The range, complexity and uncertainty of these charges means I cannot advise you of their local impact. If you are concerned seek advice from your local authorities.
Tracking
All orders with a value above £20 are sent tracked. I will send you the tracking number once your order has shipped
Returns and Refunds:
When you buy from me, you as the buyer have the right to terminate the contract and return the item even if the item is not faulty in any way (this is the consumer’s right in UK law). You have the right to do this up to 14 days after receipt of the items and a full refund including the cost of the outgoing postage will be made within 14 days of my receipt of the returned item(s), or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner.
You the buyer are responsible for paying for the cost of return postage.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Cancelling a transaction.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform me in writing that you wish to do so. Notification via email is acceptable, but if provided on the site you may also use a standard returns form. I will provide a full refund of the cost of the item and any outgoing postage costs within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of you the buyer providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner. If the goods have not yet been sent, refunds will be sent within 14 days of receipt of the notification of cancellation.
You the buyer are responsible for paying for the cost of return postage.
Return of faulty goods.
You have right to return goods if they develop a fault within six months of receipt. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund (full or partial), a repair or replacement.
Lost items.
If the item is lost in transit I will treat the contract as terminated and provide a refund. No item will be considered missing or lost before the expiry of a period of 45 days from the shippers normally expected date of arrival. This will vary depending on the destination.
