Geometry 2017 I – abstract collage in pinks and reds

Geometry 2017 I (that’s a Roman 1) is an original abstract collage in pinks and reds, made as part of a series exploring the relationships between shape and colour.

I made it with previously prepared papers in pinks, reds and metallics with hints of blue. Despite the strong pink tones, I think it avoids any sugary feel. I used a heavy paper made for acrylic painting as the substrate or base

Size is about 7″ x 5″ (18 cm x 13 cm). I have added an off-white mat, 10″ x 8″ (about 25 cm x 20 cm). Signed and dated on the image front and back and on the mount.

The price is for the physical image only. There is no frame. I reserve all reproduction rights.
