Order Processing Time

I aim to ship all orders within five (5) working days of receiving payment, unless otherwise clearly stated on the product description..

If your identity and/or address cannot be authenticated, despatch may be delayed while clarification is in progress. To avoid delays, double check all details of your address before submitting an order.

If a parcel is returned because it was undeliverable or uncollected I will attempt to contact you. I will not attempt redelivery without confirmation from you of the delivery details. You will be liable for any additional postage costs incurred.

I’m a sole trader, so problems may arise from time to time. If that happens, I will let you know of any problems as soon as possible, at which point you may:

1. cancel your order and receive a full refund or,
2. agree an amended delivery date.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times depend on your location. An estimate may be given on checkout. I ship all packages above £20 in value by tracked services. I will send you the tracking number once your order has shipped. The precise service will again depend on your location

For International sales I use Delivered Duty Paid services where available. If that service is unavailable to your location, you will be liable for any import taxes or tariffs, customs duty or handling fees.

Packaging

Unless stated otherwise all artwork is shipped flat in robust packaging.

Shipping Restrictions and Limitations:

I do not ship to PO Boxes.

I do not ship to the following countries:

Russia

Belarus

North Korea

Sudan
