I will make a donation to charity with every sale of this set of four photographs of classic military aircraft. I took them in 1992 at an air show on a former WW2 airbase near Swindon. I was fortunate on the day to have some great cloud formations as a backdrop.
The aircraft in the photographs are:
- Vought F4U Corsair – an American fighter aircraft which saw service primarily in World War II and the Korean War.
- Consolidated PBY Catalina – a flying boat and amphibious aircraft that was produced in the 1930s and 1940s
- Harrier Jump Jet
- Avro Vulcan
The pictures will be printed at 7″ by 5″ on satin finish paper, and mounted to fit a 10″ by 8″ frame. I can also provide them unmounted, if you prefer to use a four aperture mount for a single frame. These are commonly available pre-cut in stores.
From the proceeds of each sale of this and any other ‘warbird’ pictures I list, I will be donating 75% of the price to these UK Armed Forces charities:
Help for Heroes (http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/)
Combat Stress (http://www.combatstress.org.uk/)
I will make a donation of 30% of the price for any other sales made at the same time. I will include a note with your order, so you can see how much it generated as a donation.
